Working Principle
The VMK165-007T is an array of high-side MOSFETs with integrated bootstrap circuits. Each of the eight MOSFETs is individually controllable and can be individually enabled or disabled by applying the corresponding control signal. Furthermore, the presence of two auxiliary switching modules allows for efficient current sharing between two adjacent MOSFETs.
The bootstrap principle implies that the chip requires additional power supply from a higher potential to switch the MOSFETs on.
