VN808CM-E is a programmable and protected power distribution switch, load driver, boost regulator power management integrated circuit(PMIC). It is designed for the GHz to sub GHz wireless applications. The features of the device include current-limit and reverse current protection, temperature monitoring and blinking output current, maximum operating voltages of up to 24 V, and pulse width modulation (PWM) modulation with programmable frequency up to 20MHz.

The VN808CM-E contains two power distribution switches, two load drivers and two boost regulators. The power distribution switches enable and disable the power to components connected to the device. The load drivers are used to drive N-Channel MOSFET switches, and the boost regulator provides power to a component when the input supply is lower than the component’s operating voltage. The device also features current-limit and reverse current protection, temperature monitoring, and an integrated blinking output current peak detector.

The VN808CM-E is ideal for use in a variety of GHz to sub GHz wireless applications such as Bluetooth + Wi-Fi, ZigBee and LoRa, to name a few.
