VN920-12-E Application Field and Working Principle
The VN920-12-E is a general purpose, low threshold, low power, general purpose, low voltage Power MOSFET/IGBT driver. It is part of Texas Instruments\' PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuits) family and is classified as a power distribution switch, load driver and motor driver.
