It features an adjustable current point and can be adjusted over a wide variety, making it ideal for a variety of applications.VN920SO13TR offers outstanding EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) performance, with high EMI filter capacitance. Additionally, it offers a built-in temperature sensor which allows the device to monitor and protect itself against overheating during continuous operation.Furthermore, the VN920SO13TR is equipped with an integrated over-current and over-voltage protection system which monitors peak current, voltage and power and will automatically shut off the load when it becomes too high. The device also features a protection concept that guards against electrostatic discharge, making it highly reliable and safe for use in industrial applications.The working principle of VN920SO13TR is fairly simple. When the power supply is connected to the device, it detects the voltage level. The current-sense amplifier then adjusts the current through the load, in order to achieve the desired load current. As the current is adjusted, the over-current and over-voltage protection systems kick in and monitor the levels, shutting off the load when it reaches unsafe levels.VN920SO13TR is a versatile and robust power management device which is perfect for a wide array of applications, including industrial and telecom, automotive, consumer and medical markets.
