VND5E050JTR-E is a Power Distribution Switch, Load Driver integrated circuit (PMIC) which is a member of the VND5E product family from ST Microelectronics. It is used to provide a high load current during voltage applications from 5.5V to 18V. It features an integrated Power Supply Sensor Logic (PSSL) as well as an Integrated PX Blanking Logic (IPXL).

The VND5E050JTR-E has two different output modes, with two different current limits. The two current limits are 50mA and 250mA respectively, allowing the device to be switched off at higher load currents and provide protection against over-current, undervoltage and overvoltage. Additionally, the device has an adjustable dead time feature, allowing the user to adjust the frequency of the output current pulses.
