• Working Principle of VND5T100AJTR-E:
  • VND5T100AJTR-E is a low-side power MOSFET that can be triggered by a low-side MOSFET. It operates by applying a gate voltage to the MOSFET gate to turn it on. In doing so, current flows between the source and drain terminals of the MOSFET, allowing power to be distributed.
  • It also prevents overloading by controlling the power dissipation with a programmable on-resistance tolerance of +/-10%. This tolerance is adjustable with an external resistor or with an internal setting.
