The VND810-E, a product of Vishay Intertechnology, is a monolithic integrated device in the family of PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuits). In particular, it\'s a power distribution switch with load drivers that is ideal for a variety of applications.

VND810-E power distribution switches and load drivers feature up to 200mA adjustable current and up to 500mA total supply current. It has an adjustable over current protection, low power shutdown mode, and low output voltage protection. Further, it features a short circuit current limitation of up to 200mA and a 0.8V to 4V adjustable output voltage. VND810-E has an ESD alarm for input/output protection and can operate in ambient temperatures from -40°C to +85°C.
