VND830 is a PMIC (Power Management IC) device designed by NEC. It is a multifunction device that combines high-side and low-side switch, and load driver functions. The VND830 is a versatile, low-power, low-voltage and low-noise device with 20V external applied voltage and 4V internal supply voltage. In addition, it supports both parallel and serial control configurations and an adjustable slew rate, low voltage power-on reset, and high-side load current sensing.

VND830 has a wide range of applications including automotive power control, battery management systems, and industrial systems.
