Working Principle

The working principle of VP01EP is a direct displacement measurement. The float is connected to a linear displacement sensor. The float is buoyant in the liquid and the displacement of the float is transmitted to the displacement sensor. The displacement sensor grabs this position information and outputs a 4-20mA signal. The 4-20mA signal is then sent to the controller. The position of the float and the liquid level can be calculated accurately. Since the actual liquid level is constantly changing, the controller will also automatically adjust the output analog signal.

Structure

VP01EP is composed of a float, a linear output displacement sensor, a level controller and a cable. When connected together, the two ends of the float are connected to the input contact of the displacement sensor. The output contact of the displacement sensor is connected to the analog input end of the level controller. The level controller is connected to the cable which transmits the 4-20mA signal. The end of the cable is connected to the host or amplifier.
