VQ1001P-E3 is an array of high performance logic level FETs with gate source voltage rating of ±30V. It has four N-channel FETs in a single package with a typical RDS(on) resistance of 0.25ohm. Its rated drain current is 25A, and the operating temperature range is -55℃ to 150℃. It is a highly integrated logic level power transistor with enhanced SOA, avalanche and ESD performance.
The VQ1001P-E3 can be used in applications such as power management, battery powered devices, analog circuits and motor controls. It is ideal for switching circuits and other applications where a combination of high power, low voltage, and high speed is required. The working principle of VQ1001P-E3 is simple.
