The VTVS17ASMF-HM3-08 is an 8 pin SOD-323 package containing internal diodes consisting of: •Two NPN diodes connected to the collector for negative-going pulse protection•Two PNP diodes connected to the emitter for positive-going pulse protection •Two Schottky diodes connected between the collector and emitter for fast response•Two Zener diodes for over-voltage protection The VTVS17ASMF-HM3-08 is designed to provide fast response times to transient voltage pulses, up to 25ns. It is able to provide up to 16kV HBM ESD Pulse Protection.
