W25Q16VSFIG is a serially-interfaced NOR Flash solution, especially designed for high-volume consumer and industrial applications that require enhanced Flash performance. It\'s a 16M-bit (2M-Byte) Flash memory, which includes a 4KB Status Register Write-Protect sector.
Its offering consists of standard clock(50MHz) and low power clock(25MHz). The standard clock (50MHz) provides faster read/write performance, while the low power clock (25MHz) provides an extended operating temperature range(-40C~105C).
W25Q16VSFIG is rugged, reliable and based on industry standard SPI interface protocol, which is easy to integrate into any electronic device. It can support up to 100,000 program/erase cycles and supports 20 years of data retention.

Working Principle
