W25Q32JV is a serial embedded Flash memory device that accommodates a wide range of applications with the fast read/write performance. It is made of the multi-chip package to provide the total capacity of 32Mbits and it is organized as 4MByte x 8bit. This device includes a reset instruction that can reset entire chip and protect the data as before.

The W25Q32JV is controlled by SPI bus, which is a full-duplex serial communication interface used for trading information between two devices. The three standard wires acting as communication lines between the microcontroller and the SPI device for both transmission and reception of the data. The Master-Out-Slave-In) and Slave-Out-Master-In used for sending and receiving data, the Serial Clock line (SCK) used to control the data flow, and the Chip-Select (CS) used to select the SPI device to communicate.
