XLF210-512-TQ128-I20 is a low-power, single-chip microcontroller based on ARM core architecture, used in a variety of fields including events, test and measurement, medical and consumer products. The processor core of XLF210-512-TQ128-I20 is a 16-bit Harvard architecture consisting of a 32-bit RISC-like CPU and a 16-bit instruction memory.
