The XP0331200L Bipolar (BJT) Arrays, Pre-Biased, is a transistor array device with four low-saturation NPN Darlington transistors assembled in a single package. It is specifically designed to provide a single integrated solution for applications with four high-side drivers, such as motor drives and relay drivers. The XP0331200L utilizes four Darlington-style transistors and two voltage dividers connected in an anti-parallel configuration to achieve a bias voltage of 13 volts.
