Pressure Sensors and Transducers

Pressure sensors and transducers are devices that measure pressure, among other physical parameters in an environment. The XPC05DTC is a pressure transducer that can monitor and measure pressure and related parameters in a dynamic environment. The XPC05DTC has two main components, the pressure sensing element and the output circuitry. The XPC05DTC is designed to sample pressure at wide ranges, from a few millibars up to 600 bar (up to 20,000 psi). This versatile pressure transducer is also designed to work over a wide temperature range (-20 to 85℃), making it suitable for a variety of applications. Furthermore, it features an accuracy of 0.25% up to 600 bar and 0.5% up to 1500 bar for absolute pressure variations.

The XPC05DTC works by converting small changes in pressure to electrical signals, which can then be used to control a device or provide data for a user interface. Pressure is measured by the strain gage in the sensing element, and the amount of strain produced is converted to a voltage that is proportional to the pressure. The voltage signal is then amplified and transmitted to the output circuitry via a Wheatstone bridge. The output circuitry then further amplifies the signal, and the output is translated into a digital signal for processing and data transmission.

The XPC05DTC is used in a variety of applications, including process control and monitoring, power valve control, environmental measurements, and machine diagnostics. With its highly accurate pressure sensors and output circuitry, the XPC05DTC is an ideal solution for applications where precision and reliability are essential.
