XU208-256-TQ64-C10 microcontroller is a high-performance, low-power, and high-reliability embedded microcontroller. It is based on a 8-bit RISC architecture and consists of 8 8-bit registers for data storage, 8 ALUs for arithmetic and logic operation, and a high-speed 2-clock-cycle instruction interpretation. The XU208-256-TQ64-C10 microcontroller implements an optimized instruction set, which includes 256 instructions including arithmetic and logic operations, bit operations, jump and interrupt control, and data manipulation. In order to maximize its performance, the XU208-256-TQ64-C10 microcontroller is equipped with an L1 instruction cache and an interrupt controller.
