The ZDT1147TC (“ZDT1147”) is a monolithic N-channel array of metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) transistors. It is a general-purpose device with applications in any area needing amplification, such as audio, video, communications, and industrial systems. ZDT1147TC integrates the advantages of both bipolar junction transistors (BJT) and metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs) into a single array, making it an attractive choice for many types of applications.
