Therefore,when choosing connectors and switches, we should pay attention to the following aspects.

First of all, appropriate types of switches and connectors should be selected according to the use conditions and functions.

The rated voltage and current of switches and connectors should be retained. For reliable contact,there must be some allowance for switch contacts and number of connectors to be used in parallel or standby.

Try to use the positioning connector,so as not to cause errors due to incorrect insertion.

The connection and welding of contacts are reliable.To prevent breakage and short circuit,bushing protection should be added to the welding area.

Four detection of connector and switch.

The inspection of docking plug-ins and switches usually adopts two methods:visual inspection and multimeter inspection.The usual practice is to do visual inspection first, then use multimeter to detect.

Visual inspection

This method is used to check whether the connectors and switches have pin collision and lead fracture.If there is no such phenomenon in appearance,and need further examination, it will be tested with a multi-purpose suit.

Testing with a multimeter

This method is measured by the resistance of the ohmic block docking plug in the multimeter. The connecting point measurement standard of the docking plug-in is that its connected resistance value should be less than 0.52, apricot.

It is considered that the connector is in bad contact.

The standard for measuring the breakpoint of the docking plug-in is that the value of the resistance should be infinite.If the resistance is close to zero,there is a collision phenomenon.

Method of detecting connector

The multimeter is placed in the "RX10" gear,and the two watch pens are respectively connected to the two ends of the same conductor of the connector,and the measured resistance value should be zero.If the measured value of resistance is not zero,it means that the conductor is open circuit fault or most of the wires in multiple wires are disconnected.

The multimeter is placed in the "RX10k" gear,and the two pens are connected to any two ends of the connector to measure the insulation between the two ends.In the process of testing,the pointer of the multimeter should be stopped at infinity.If the resistance between two ends is not infinite,it is indicated that there is partial short-circuit fault between the two ends.

Method of detecting switch

The multimeter is placed in the "RX10" gear,and the two watch pens are respectively connected with the two leading ends of the switch.When the switch is closed,the measured resistance value should be zero.When the switch is disconnected,the measured value of resistance should be infinite.

The multimeter is placed in the "RX10k" gear,and the two pens are respectively connected with the two leading ends of the switch,and the insulation condition between the two terminals can be measured.In the process of testing,the pointer of the multimeter should be stopped at infinity.If it is found that the resistance between the two terminals is not infinite,there is a leakage fault between the two terminals.
