North bridge chip and South bridge chip on the computer motherboard is shown in Fig.1.

    1. North bridge chip

The north bridge chip (North Bridge Chipset, NB) is close to the CPU socket in the main board, uses the BGA package, manages some high speed equipment, such as graphics card and memory, and connects the south bridge chip, CPU. through the bus The mainstream of the motherboard is the North Bridge Chip made by Intel and AMD, the North Bridge Chip made by Intel is shown in figure 2, and the surface is marked with I letter. 2. South bridge chip is located under the North Bridge chip and is also encapsulated by BGA. It mainly manages some low-speed devices, such as network card chip, sound card chip and USB interface.
