Crystal structure and particle size analysis of LaInO
The raw materials of LalnO3: Eu series phosphors, which are first weighed according to stoichiometric ratio, then ground and mixed with a mortar, and then put into corundum crucible.
Finally, in the electric furnace heated by silicon molybdenum rod, the phosphor powder for experiment was obtained by preheating for 3 h, then heating to the required temperature. After 6 hours of heat preservation, the phosphor powder used in the experiment was obtained by air cooling.
The standard card of DS N.09 -0034 shows that when the temperature rises to 150°C, the main emission peak of LalnO has already appeared, but there are some heterodal phases in the spectrum. When the temperature reaches 1250°C, there is no emission peak of the impurity phase in the XRD diagram. When the temperature rises to 1350°C, the diffraction peak width becomes narrower and the intensity becomes larger, which should be related to the increase of crystal crystallinity. XRD analysis shows that 1250°C can be considered as a suitable sintering temperature. According to the standard card LalnO provided by JCPDS, the lattice parameters are do 1. 1402 nm, du 0. 8198 nm DO 1.1796 nm. In addition, the radius of EU'is 0.107 nm and the radius of In't is 0.116 nm. The doping of the two ions has almost no change in crystal lattice parameters, so the diffraction peak of XRD has almost no deviation from that of card.
