1.The types and characteristics  of solder wave crests.

The wave soldering equipment that runs in industrial production is varied from the type of solder crest shape, these devices can be broadly divided into two categories.

( 1 ) The structure of one-way wave crest type nozzle wave soldering material flowing out from one direction is more common in the early equipment. Now, in addition to hollow waves, other unidirectional waveforms are rare on newer machines.

( 2 ) The characteristic of the bidirectional wave crest system is that the solder coming out of the nozzle reaches the top of the nozzle and forward at the same time, the latter two directions flow. Depending on the application, the shunt can be symmetrical or asymmetrical, and even increase the extender along the back direction of the transmission, in order to widen and flatten the peak in the direction of the PCB, so as to reduce the detachment angle.

At present, the most commonly used is the bidirectional wave peak mode. Because of the distribution characteristics of the surface velocity of the wave peak, the bidirectional peak wave system can minimize the problem of pulling the solder joints. As the solder in the peak flows forward and back in two directions, there will be a region of zero relative velocity on the surface of the solder wave peak. It is very important for the formation of no sharp solder joints to exit near the region where the relative velocity is zero.

2.Temperature control

The temperature system is controlled by the thermostat. The temperature system of the tin stove is described here.

The control of the tin furnace heating system: usually the temperature is set to 245 °C, the error range of the thermostat is set at man 1°C, plus temperature drift, the actual temperature of the tin furnace is (245 soil 5) °C, the actual temperature control mode: during the heating process, when the temperature rises to 244°C, the heat is stopped, the heat of the heat pipe is heated, the temperature can be highest. In the process of cooling, when the temperature is reduced to 245°C, the heating will begin, and the temperature of the heating tube will take a period of time, and the temperature starts to rise when the temperature drops to 242°C.
