Silicate as a phosphor matrix material has a wide range of raw materials, simple synthesis process, relatively low cost and other advantages, and the thermal stability and chemical stability of phosphors is good. The effective excitation wavelength of Prt doped silicate phosphors is 430-490 nm, which can be excited by blue LED chip to emit red light. phosphors were prepared by high temperature solid state method. The three major excitation peaks of the phosphors were located at 452nm, 476nm and 487mm, in which the 452nm excitation peak was the largest. Blue light excitation at 452nm

The phosphors emit red light of 610nm, and the emission intensity of the phosphors is the highest when the phosphor is 0.004, which indicates that Li2Sro Sio: XPr is a kind of red phosphors which can be used for blue LED excitation. Li2Sro Sio  4: Prau red phosphors were synthesized by new hydrothermal method by Zhou X J etc. The phosphor particles show a smooth shape similar to rods, which can increase the effective area of particle luminescence and improve the luminescent properties of phosphors. In order to improve the luminescent properties of the phosphors, Lu and others added Hnb3 and NH4CI fluxes to the reactants, and prepared Caoxy SiOQ2: Pr3O + red phosphors by high temperature solid state method. It is found that the optimum addition amount of HZB3 is 2.50% (mass fraction), and the luminescence intensity of the phosphor is almost twice as much as that of no flux. The excitation peak of phosphor is multi-peak. The strongest absorption peak at 445nm comes from the electron transition .the range of excitation wavelength and blue of phosphor.

The optical LED chip is more matched. The Prof pr 2+is excited by blue light at 445 nm. Plus H. The peak value of red light produced by the transition is the largest at 610nm. The chromaticity coordinate of the phosphor is 0.535U 0.464N and the color temperature is 2261°C. the optical parameters of the phosphor show that the phosphor has the advantages of pure chromaticity and low color temperature.
