Due to the electronic transition, a very ideal red phosphor with a chrominance coordinate of 0.6800. 311 can be obtained by using the P doped frame with oxide structure.

In order to improve the luminescence intensity of CaiOn: P phosphors and that of SM doped with Zn2 in CaTiO3: pr, the phosphors of Zn, CaTOP2 have been obtained. This kind of phosphor can be effectively excited by 400 nm light and emit a single red light at 614 mm wavelength. The luminescence intensity and crystallinity of the phosphors increased gradually from 0 to 25 mol%, and the luminescence intensity of the phosphors decreased when the amount of Zn added was more than 25 mol%. The luminescence intensity of TiO3: pr is almost 3.6 times higher than that of CaTiO3: pr. The results show that Zn ·2sN Ca ·s) TIO: P is a potential red phosphor for near-ultraviolet LED chip excitation.

From the above analysis, we can know that pr is an important rare earth activator element in the known luminescent materials, there are two valence states, Pr+, and pr is used as luminescence. The energy levels of pr contain several metastable multiple structures. These energy levels can produce efficient red, green and blue emission. The color emission of this Pr is related to the lattice structure of the matrix. The red luminescence properties of Pr+ have been successfully applied in cathode-ray tubes. The red emission peak from Pr+ was obtained from the yellow phosphor YPU Alon: ce, which was used by some researchers, so that the chromogenic index of the phosphor was improved.
