VDRM series of MagI³C power module series Provides a fully integrated DC-DC power supply including Buck switching regulator and inductor in one package. The 171012402 provides high efficiency and provides up to 2A output current. It operates at 6V input voltage to 42V. It is designed for fast transient response. It uses innovative industrial high power Density TO263-7EP (10.16 x 13.77 x 4.57mm) Package Improve thermal performance and allow hand or machine welding. VDRM regulator with integrated protection circuit to prevent thermal overstress and Electrical damage by using thermal shutdown, Overcurrent, Short Circuit, Overvoltage and Undervoltage Protect.
