The device is highly efficient and supports up to 8A of load current, and with a maximum peak current of 15A.The 1EDN7511BXTSA1 operates over a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It is designed to operate at up to VDDA of 20V, VDD of 18V, VL of 5V, and a maximum gate voltage of 20V.
