The 1N5397GHR0G diode is a general-purpose rectifier diode featuring ultrafast recovery speed and a low forward voltagedrop. It is used in power supplies, voltage-sensing circuits and peak detectors.The 1N5397GHR0G is a high-efficiency, low-power, small-signal diode ideally suited for applications with wide operating temperature ranges. This diode is made of diffusion-bonded silicon and is typically used as a bridge rectifier in high-voltage power supplies.
