1N5935D G is a high-speed, ultra-low capacitance, low-power Zener diode designed for protecting devices from transient surges and static overvoltage. The maximum voltage rating for the 1N5935D G is about 6.8 volts. The low capacitance level allows the device to effectively suppress the noise and shimmer spikes generated by digital circuits and power supplies. Furthermore, the device provides excellent protection against static overvoltages, with a minimum breakdown voltage of 5.1 V.
