TVS - DiodesTVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) diode is a device that uses breakdown of a reverse biased PN junction in order to protect electronic devices from voltage surges. The main purpose of TVS diodes is to protect against over-voltage transients and ESD (electrostatic discharge). The 1N6271AHE3_A/C TVS diode is a member of the 1N6271AHE3 family of TVS diodes.
