1PMT4123/TR13 Application Field and Working Principle
1PMT4123/TR13 is a single zener diode specifically designed for use in power converters and power supply. This diode consists of a p-n junction that is designed to have a very low dynamic resistance when forward biased. The dynamic resistance of the diode is greater under reverse bias and when the reverse voltage is equal or greater than the zener voltage the dynamic resistance is effectively reduced to a very low level. This makes it ideal for power applications.
