The 1PMT5931C/TR13 is a single Zener diode manufactured by PANJIT. It was designed to perform stabilization and voltage regulation in consumer electronics and other devices where the availability of DC power is often limited. By controlling the current applied to the Zener diode, the required voltage is maintained for a given circuit.

This Zener diode is a low power discrete semiconductor device composed of a single junction of n-type material and p-type materials.
