Operation Principle

Write operations are initiated by sending the Write instruction (01h) to the device. The device will then accept the data that is sent while clocking out the desired data. Writing speed is up to 5MHz.

The chip-erase operation is initiated by sending the Chip-Erase instruction (C7h) to the device. The device will erase the entire memory and return to the read state automatically.
