2EZ39D2/TR12

The 2EZ39D2/TR12 diode is a single zener diode, also known as P-N junction diode. It is a semiconductor device that allows electric current to flow in only one direction and blocks it in other directions. The 2EZ39D2/TR12 diode has a reverse breakdown voltage of 5.1V.
