Tantalum – Polymer Capacitors are a family of solid, electrolytic capacitor technology which provides superior performance over conventional wet aluminum electrolytic capacitors. These capacitors use a unique combination of tantalum and polymers to form a dielectric layer and provide a wide range of electrical characteristics not possible with other capacitors. The 2R5TPF680ML capacitor is an example of this technology.

The 2R5TPF680ML capacitor is a high capacitance and low ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance) aluminum solid polymer capacitor which is designed to offer high value, low cost, and high reliability.
