It is also widely used in motor drives, high-end audio and power supplies.Working PrincipleAluminum electrolytic capacitors are polarized capacitors that use an electrolyte solution to store electrical energy between two electrodes: a pure aluminum foil and an electrolyte solution. The aluminum foil acts as the anode and the electrolyte solution acts as the cathode.The 380LQ182M180K042 consists of an aluminum anode foil, insulation paper, an electrolytic solution, cathode lead wires and an aluminum case. When the capacitor is energized, an electric field is created in the electrolyte between the positive aluminum anode and the negatively-charged electrolyte.
