532BA000960DG is a 3.3V programmable/selectable crystal oscillator (VCXO). It achieves precise frequency tuning and low phase noise performance with a high range stability of ±100ppm. Users can simply select the frequency they need by setting the logic inputs.The 532BA000960DG is based on the Pierce Oscillator topology, an oscillator circuit where the output frequency is determined by the values of two external components (a capacitor and a resistor). The crystal, connected between the two sets of transistor collector-emitter junctions, forms an arrangement of three bi-directional oscillator circuits (compose of the transistors, capacitors and resistors) and should provide high levels of accuracy and stability.Once the logic inputs of the 532BA000960DG are established, the selected PLL synthesizer uses one of the 16 available on-chip frequency modes and a crystal oscillator to provide stable and precise output frequency. With a low PIN count, small footprint and extended operating temperature, the 532BA000960DG can fit almost any application.
