Aluminum electrolytic capacitors, also known as electrochemical capacitors, are the most mainstream energy storage electronic components, which are widely used in various types of electronic circuits. The main components of an electrolytic capacitor are an anode made of aluminum foil, a dielectric oxide membrane, a cathode absorbed in electrolyte, and leads connected to both ends. Aluminium electrolytic capacitors are most commonly used in power supply filtering, frequency reponse, energy storage and other applications.

The 53D332G016GE6 is an aluminum electrolytic capacitor produced by JinGe Wuxi Capacitor Co.,Ltd.It is mainly used in lighting and electrical circuits, automotive systems and other industrial control systems to filter input and output signals, reduce electrical noise, and improve the stability and accuracy of circuit operation.It is used as a buffer when the power supply is suddenly energized or disconnected.
Working Principle
The working principle of an aluminum electrolytic capacitor is relatively simple. When voltage is applied to the capacitor, a polarization phenomenon occurs at the interface between the two layers of the deposited oxide film, thus forming a potential barrier. When a current passes through the cathode, electrons repel each other and accumulate at the anode, forming a negative charge and a positive charge on the two sides, thereby inducing a voltage. The capacitance of the capacitor depends on the area of the metal film, the area of the oxide film, the thickness of the oxide film, and the dielectric constant of the residual electrolyte.
