This oscillator is consisted of a temperature compensated VCO (voltage-controlled oscillator), space-saving EQ (envelope amplifier), phase comparator, crystal, divider, bias circuits and temperature sensor etc. It is a high-performance, high-integrated oscillator module which integrated all these components and circuits together.

550BH240M000DGR oscillator has great frequency stability and accuracy, which is within ±0.5 ◦C across -20 ◦C~ +70 ◦C, and also ±5ppm over the same temperature range where it can hold the output at low-frequency (10Hz ~ 200kHz). It has an VCO core, which is the key part of it, and its signal frequency is affected by temperature, by the temperature-compensated VCO circuit, it can do automatic temperature compensation, to make sure the frequency output is accurate. Its working principle is relatively simple. It act as a basic oscillator, went adjuvant circuit’s clock cycle is consistent and keep the signal under a proper power level and lead as a clock signal output.

The design of this oscillator is fundamentally a voltage controlled oscillator, it can good response to wide-variety of frequencies and provide adjustable frequency output, which can reach from 10 Hz to 200kHz.
