Working Principle

93LC76C-I/P consists of an I2C serial interface and two-wire serial EEPROMs in which data can be permanently stored and erased. It works in the industry standard I2C protocol, with read and write capability.

This memory can be wroten in both page and word modes, wherein page write mode is more faster because data can be written to page sized 4096bits (512 bytes) whereas in word write mode, write cycle time is slower and needs to write 8 bits of data per cycle. It can sustain up to 1 million write/erase cycles and data are stored with high reliability.

The power of 93LC76C-I/P can be supervised with a low voltage detect circuitry, which can be programmed for three different types of protection.
