A1382ELHLX-T is a magnetic sensor that can detect linear, compass changes (ICs). It is designed to measure low-frequency signals and tilt angle changes with better output accuracy and a wider range of application fields. Additionally, the A1382ELHLX-T can be used in automotive applications such as stabilizer and power steering systems.Working principle The A1382ELHLX-T magnetic sensor is based on the special detection effect of the Hall element. It can detect the movement of a ferromagnetic object in its vicinity (such as a magnet) and convert it into a magnetic field. When the magnetic field passes through the Hall element, a small voltage is generated. This voltage is linearly proportional to the magnitude of the magnetic field. The output of the A1382ELHLX-T can be used to sense the minimal changes in the magnetic field within a specific range and thus can be used for tilt angle detection and measurement. In addition, the A1382ELHLX-T’s high impedance (input impedance) and separate board (production) design can make it suitable for applications requiring a wider dynamic range.
