When the output voltage is below 0.7V, the overvoltage protection (OVP) and the reset signal are triggered. When the input voltage rises above the predetermined thresholds, the OVP and reset signals are reset and voltage regulation is re-enabled.The reset signal is used to provide system-level reset and also functions as an input to system’s voltage controller. This reset signal is used to control the output voltage to be within the set range.
