A62140007 or better known as A6214 is a 2.5V to 6V low drop-out voltage supervisor from Diodes Incorporated. It is a popular choice for use as a reset generator in many industrial and consumer applications. Its power output range allows the A6214 to be used in automotive, industrial and consumer level electronic devices. The A6214 is a supervising circuit with a power on reset feature and open drain reset output. Its main purpose is to continuously monitor supply voltage conditions (Vcc), to indicate power on or off, and to generate a reset pulse on power-up and power-down.
