Magnetic Sensors - Switches (Solid State)

The AD206-02E is a magnetic sensor switch, consisting of a solid-state magnetic switch (micro switch) and a magnet. It detects magnetic fields with the help of a small switch plunger which, when a magnetic field is present, is attracted or repelled. Thus, when the magnet in the switch comes close to the switch plunger, the micro switch portion of the unit is triggered and the circuit will be enabled. Likewise, when the magnet in the switch is removed from the switch plunger, the micro switch portion of the unit is turned off and the circuit will be disabled.
