AD4001BCPZ-RL7 is a high performance, low voltage monolithic sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Analog Devices. The AD4001BCPZ-RL7 is a 10-bit flash ADC which provides a high level of integration with a low power consumption and low cost, making it ideal for applications requiring low power, low cost, and high accuracy analog to digital conversion.The AD4001BCPZ-RL7 is designed to perform single-cycle conversion speeds of up to 40MSPS. The device achieves this sampling rate by utilizing the latest generation flash architecture. The architecture allows it to simultaneously sample and convert input signals while minimizing power consumption. The ADC is also designed to reject clock jitter and other unwanted clock noise by using a digitally programmable clock, which provides an over-sampling rate of up to 200MSPS. The AD4001BCPZ-RL7 provides 10-bit resolution and is available in an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device features output word lengths ranging from 10 to 12 bits, depending on the chosen operating mode, making it suitable for a range of applications.
