Analog to digital converters (ADC) are integrated circuits or systems which convert analog signals into corresponding digital equivalents. Data Acquisition (DAQ) systems use such ADC to collect and transmit data from physical phenomena. The AD7172-2BRUZ is an example of a data acquisition integrated circuit belonging to the AD7172 family.
