The ADC08200CIMTX/NOPB is a high-resolution, octal, successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC). Constructed with silicon-gate CMOS technology, this 8-bit unit features 100 µs conversion time/150 ns settling time/200 ns acquisition time, very low power and small size. It is also a non-linearity of ±2 LSB and a composite non-linearity error of ±1 LSB.

This series of A/D converters are designed to provide the most linear high performance 8-bit resolution conversion available in an IC device and is an ideal choice for applications requiring speed and low power. Typical applications for the ADC08200CIMTX/NOPB include data acquisition systems, instrumentation, high-speed and low-power A/D conversion, and remote telemetry.

The ADC08200CIMTX/NOPB has two reference inputs, a reference select line and eight analog inputs. The converter has two reference inputs and a reference select (REFSEL) pin.
