The ADC08200CIMTX/NOPB is a high-resolution, octal, successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC). Constructed with silicon-gate CMOS technology, this 8-bit unit features 100 µs conversion time/150 ns settling time/200 ns acquisition time, very low power and small size. It is also a non-linearity of ±2 LSB and a composite non-linearity error of ±1 LSB.
