The ADF4360-1BCPZ is a high-performance, low-phase noise, integer-N Frequency Synthesizer with a Frequency Range of 5 MHz to 4.3 GHz. It combines an integrated VCO, divide-by-N logic, a reference divider, phase-frequency detector (PFD). The synthesizer PLL is based on a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) intended to generate a frequency that is a multiple of a reference input frequency. It is suitable for use in applications such as wireless, broadcasting, microwave and test instrumentation.
The ADF4360-1BCPZ can provide a high-performance frequency synthesised source based on fractional-N and direct digital synthesiser techniques. It includes an integrated VCO, divide-by-N logic, a reference divider, phase-frequency detector (PFD) and charge-pump (CP).
