It combines a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) with a divide-by-N counter, a divide-by-M divider and a selectable phase-frequency detector (PFD). The ADF4112BRUZ-REEL is a differential, quartz-based PLL designed for clock or frequency synthesis and spread-spectrum multiplication, enabling the end user to customize the desired frequency accurately. The component is designed such that it is suitable for the most demanding voltage-controlled or temperature-controlled oscillator (XO) applications.
