ADG1613BRUZ-REEL7 is an integrated circuit (IC) analog switch made by Analog Devices Inc., a global leader in high-performance semiconductors. Each 4-channel switch/demultiplexer consists of four N-channel fully-protected FET switches, each with three signal terminals (A1, A2, and A3), and a control signal terminal (C1, C2, and C3). The switches operate independently and can be conceptually represented as shown in figure 1.

In addition to the ON/OFF logic of the control signal, each switch also has a selectable input equalization for analog signal conditioning. The Equalization can be selected via a logic control signal (INV1, INV2, and INV3) to either maximise the linearity or reduce the signal rise/fall times of each switch. It also has a series termination resistor (R1, R2, and R3) that can be enabled on each switch to improve linearity.
The ADG1613BRUZ-REEL7 is ideal for signal switching applications due to its low on-resistance, fast switching speed, and high isolation between channels. Its active low logic control signals (CP1, CP2, CP3, CP4, CP5, CP6, CP7, and CP8) and inverse logic control signals (INV1, INV2, and INV3) allow for the independent control of each switch.
