The ADG465BRM-REEL7 is a mixed technology TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) device that offers protection against ESD (Electrostatic discharge) and EFT (Electric Fast Transient) electrical surges. The TVS technology combines both silicon based components and high voltage multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC) to achieve its unique performance. The ADG465BRM-REEL7 is a Bi-directional protection device, which means the device has an integrated two-way protection circuitry.
